Visits by appointment
Property visits are conducted between 9am and 9pm, by appointment. Inspections generally take around one hour, depending on the property’s size and condition.

ABOUT OUR SERVICE
Practical support for landlords.
We provide property-condition inspections, periodic reviews, issue documentation and agreed follow-up for landlords, including those who are overseas or unable to attend regularly.
Repairs are carried out by contractors. The service does not include property sales, tenant sourcing or tenancy negotiation.
If you need a property agent, we can help you shortlist CEA-registered agents and coordinate property information or access with the agent you appoint. Tenant sourcing, rental negotiations and estate agency work are handled by that agent under a separate appointment, with fees agreed directly.
